How do I select the XML data I want?
Simply go to XML Sports Data and add your preferred sport(s) and/or league(s) to the basket by clicking the green plus
icon to the right of each sport/league. You can track the quantity of your order at all times in your basket at the left hand menu.
When done, register an account with us so you can access your XML feeds upon purchase.
Why do I need to give you my IP address?
We need your IP address to make sure that no one else can access the XML data generated for you. This is our way of avoiding
abuse of your account by limiting access to the files using IP addresses. Your IP address is safely stored by us and will not
be used for any other purpose.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. You can get a bulk discount when selecting 10,20,30 or 40 leagues within the same sport.
For football we offer a further 50% discount if you choose to subscribe to all football leagues. Your discount(s)
will automatically be calculated in the shopping basket. Value package deals are also available.
How often is data updated?
The update frequency varies depending on the sport and the league.
The speed of live updates depends on how high profile the match is.
On the page where you select your leagues,
you can move the mouse over the icon in the left side of the table.
Some of the leagues have information such as "Livescores every 2-5 minutes".
Many of the leagues do not specifically mention a number of minutes or seconds.
For those, a qualified guess is that a 10-15 seconds delay may be typical for football (i.e. soccer),
and that the delay could be up to approximately 120 seconds in certain circumstances for minor football leagues.
Tennis is not often slower than a 30 second delay.
For other sports we provide score updates at certain intervals during a match, typically every 2-5 mins.
Depending on demand, we cannot provide the same quality for all sports and leagues.
If the update frequency is important to you, consider buying the league you want for one month to see if our speed suits your needs.
When can I access my data?
In less than 15 minutes after a successful payment, or when your subscription starts, you can access XML files containing
the sports data, using the computer that has the IP address you provided us with.
You can see the links to the XML files after a successful payment.
If you are unable to access the XML files, try logging in and check that you have entered the correct IP address in My Profile.
How do I use your feeds?
Our XML Sports Data feeds can be used in various ways and on multiple platforms. Information on how to use our
feeds can be found in the "How it Works". Our XML feeds are well suited for livescore portals,
sports results pages, as data for mobile applications, fantasy games, bookmaker settlement data, sports data projects, and much more.
Do you have sample examples of your XML files I can see?
Yes. Please go to the section XML Structure where you can download some sample XML Feeds.
In the "How it Works" section we have used XSL and CSS to style the available XML files to get a
better idea of what data is available.
Can I integrate you XML data into my CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc.?
Sure, you can either code you own solution to deal with the XML data we provide or you could try our XSL/CSS example, e.g. in an iframe, like this:like this for result: <iframe src="xsl/xmlstore.php?type=result" width="100%" height="500"></iframe>
or like this for live: <iframe src="xsl/xmlstore.php?type=live" width="100%" height="500"></iframe>
or like this for Premier League Standing: <iframe src="xsl/xmlstore.php?type=standing&tsid=820745" width="100%" height="500"></iframe>
1) download the XSL/CSS example'
2) extract the file and upload the xsl folder to your web server
3) install the XSLT Processor package for PHP if it is not installed ( e.g. sudo apt-get install php5-xsl on ubuntu )
4) in the xmlstore.php file, change the XML location to point to the folder where you download our XML files
(if you have not bought any data yet, you can try this with our XML examples)
5) make a iframe on your page, e.g.
6) adjust the .xsl and css files in the xsl/stylesheet folder to match the width, style, feel etc. of your site.
How do I automatically download your XML files to my server
There are several way to do this depending on your OS and software. On Linux/Mac you could e.g. use crontab and wget to achieve
this by typing "crontab -e" in terminal, which will open a file, then add "* * * * * cd /var/www/mysite/xml && wget -N http://xml.livescoreshop.com/XX/result.xml" to this file and save.
This will download the result.xml file every minute to the /var/www/mysite/xml folder. Make sure the folder you use is writable by the
crontab owner and readable by the webserver. Similar process for Windows is e.g. described here.
Just replace the "http://www.example.com/cron.php" in their wget example with our XML link. Wget is a program, available by default
in many linux OS and is available for Windows as well.

I forgot to add a sport/league to my order. What should I do?
If you left out a sport and/or tournament on your order, don’t worry. Simply place another order with the sport(s)/leagues you
accidently left out in your original order. This will add the missing sport(s)/leagues to your XML files within 15 minutes.
Can I cancel my purchase?

two weeks after the date of the original order providing you have not used the XML data. In that case your purchase is binding.
Any claims of refunds will hereafter be void. LiveScoreShop considers the data "used" when a succesful request of XML data from the subscriber has been made to our servers.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I replace a sport/tournament with another one?
We encourage you to choose carefully the sport(s) and/or tournaments before ordering. Should you, however, want to replace a sport
and/or tournament with another one after you have placed your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
